Tour Itinerary :

D1 Jakarta – Taman Jaya Homestay – Ujung Kulon Herping Tour (B,L,D)

You will be picked up around 5 am at hotel in Jakarta by our driver, then proceed to the Border of Ujung Kulon by a private car. Breakfast and coffee break will be served at the local restaurant. And after we have had breakfast, we drive to the border where you will stay overnight at Homestay, arrival at the border, check in, Homestay. In the afternoon around 3 Pm, we will do for jungle trek  the beautiful hot spring at Cibiuk, this short trek through the villages and also the paddy fields to a hot spring where you can explore the beautiful jungle, and we will stay at Cibiuk for couple of hours before dusk. Then we start for herping tour around the jungle, and we hope to see Red-tailed green ratsnake, Oriental Whipsnake, Malayan krait, Banded krait, normally close to the small river flow with rocks, and hope to see Javan file snake as well when we are passing the paddies rice field. Then at 8 PM, we trek back to homestay.

D2 Ujung Kulon Herping Tour Jungle Trekking (B,L,D)

Breakfast will be served at the Homestay, and after breakfast, we drive to the small villag which called Gadog, then we trek to the beautiful Mount. Honje area, where we will trek to the camp site, this mountain has a special beauty of natural vegetation. With a height of only about 700 meters above sea level, climbers do not need to spend so much extra energy. When exploring the mountain area, it is not uncommon to meet a variety of other wildlife. Mount Honje is located in the Ujung Kulon National Park area which is treated to beautiful forest vegetation and protected wildlife. Lunch & Dinner will be served at the camp site, and after we have had dinner, night walking that gives us an excellent chance to find Red-headed krait, Elegant bronzeback, and also to find Reticulated python.

D3 Ujung Kulon Herping Tour Jungle Trekking (B,L,D)

Breakfast will be served at the camp site. After we have had breakfast, we focus to your target and we hope to see the triangle keelback, Speecklebelly Keelback, Painted bronzeback and also exploring the dense of forest in Ujung Kulon where you can do for jungle trekking.

D4 Ujung Kulon Herping Tour Cikacang Jungle Trekking ( B,L,D)

After we have had breakfast, we prepare to trek to Cikacang waterfall where we set up the jungle camp close to the waterfall. Arrival at Cikacang waterfall, set up for camping equipments. Night walking to follow the river flow with rocks and we hope to see some snake which missed in the previous day.

D5 Ujung Kulon Herping Tour – Jakarta  ( B,L,)

After we have had breakfast at the campsite, around 9.30 am, we trek back to the border where you will be dropped off back to Jakarta. End of Herping Tour
